Donated HK$1,000,000 to The Community Chest
To Celebrate Its Trading Commencement of PAragon CSI RAFI 50 ETF, on Main Board
PAragon CSI RAFI 50 ETF, the first ETF launched by Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited, commenced trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 7 May 2010.
Ping An of China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited generously donated HK$1,000,000 to The Community Chest of Hong Kong to help those in need after its successful listing using the auspicious stock code of "2818". At the cheque presentation ceremony, Dr Louis Cheung (mid), Executive Director & Group President and Mr Sun Jianyi (right), Vice Chairman of the Board of Director & Vice Chief Executive Officer, Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China Ltd. presented the donation to Dr Dennis T L Sun, BBS, JP, Board Member of The Community Chest on the day of listing.
The Hong Kong Jockey Club, our Partner in charity, generously supports The Community Chest in helping to subsidise our administrative costs, enabling 100% of the donations to be allocated to our 148 member social welfare agencies.
