Donated HK$1,000,000 to The Community Chest
To Celebrate Its Public Listing on Main Board
Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited ("Guotai Junan International") celebrated its public listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 8 July 2010.
The company generously donated HK$1,000,000 to The Community Chest of Hong Kong to help those in need after its successful listing using the auspicious stock code of "1788". At the cheque presentation ceremony, Dr Chen Geng, Chairman of Guotai Junan International (left), Dr Yim Fung, Vice Chairman and CEO of Guotai Junan International (right) presented the donation to Mr T C Chan, BBS, JP, Board Member of The Community Chest (middle) on the day of listing.
The Hong Kong Jockey Club, our Partner in charity, generously supports The Community Chest in helping to subsidise our administrative costs, enabling 100% of the donations to be allocated to our 148 member social welfare agencies.
