Project Detail
The 24-hours hotline service provides immediate support to people who are emotionally distressed, desperate and suicidal. With the care and support of the hotline volunteers, callers are encouraged to face their problems so as to regain their hope for the future and confidence in facing their challenges ahead. In order to maintain service quality, different programmes such as case sharing, agency visits and trainings / workshops for existing hotline volunteers and trainees are organised regularly. Besides, some programmes about suicide prevention to the public are also offered.
