Employment Assistance Programme for the New Arrivals from Mainland China

This service programme provides employment counselling, job matching, post-placement support, soft-skill training and job attachment for new arrivals from the Mainland for less than 3 years. It aims at increasing their employability by strengthening their job skills and knowledge of local job market and work practice. It also helps them enhance their self-confidence and self-reliance. Additionally, this programme advocates for the public’s acceptance for the arrivals and promotes a caring community.
