The adventure-based nautical training programmes aim to help the trainees develop their potentials, increase self-esteem, and acquire a caring attitude and team spirit through exposure to the challenge of the sea. Under the instructions of the professional crews, participants are able to learn in a supportive group environment with mutual trust on board the training vessel.
