Project Detail
The aim of this project is to help patients of Rheumatic heart disease and their carers to tackle and face the disease and to enhance the rehabilitation process. This project provides comprehensive services including organising health-care talks, establishing rehabilitation programmes, publishing publicity and educational materials, forming patient support groups, establishing hotline services, and training carers in emergency management of patients.
