Enrolment Guideline for Individuals

By donating HK$85 or more, you will receive one Green Low Carbon Day Commemorative Ticket and 50 MTR Points. The Commemorative Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Official receipts will be issued to donors who contribute HK$100 or more per ticket.

A.

In-person Enrolment

Individuals are welcome to visit the following locations directly within the following period of time.

1.	Tourist Services – Admiralty
	Date	:	25 June – 11 July 2021 (Monday to Sunday)
	Time	:	11:00 - 19:00
	Tourist Services – Admiralty: Shop No. 24, MTR Admiralty Station (Next to Exit B, unpaid area outside gate)


2.	The Community Chest Office
	Date	:	25 June – 9 July 2021 (Monday to Friday)
	Time	:	09:00 - 18:00
	The Community Chest Office: Unit 1805, 18/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong (MTR Admiralty Station - Exit A, Opposite to The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts)

B.

Online Enrolment

Individuals can particpate Green Low Carbon Day by making donation through following methods.

1.

Direct Transfer / FPS (Faster Payment System)

Deposit cash in The Community Chest’s bank acount at
Bank of China (Hong Kong): 012-874-0-008588-4; or
Use the e-wallet / mobile app which supports FPS by inputting

i.	Enter donation amount.

ii.	Choose “Green Low Carbon Day” as event you would like to support and “Any” as donation designation.

iii.	Fill in “Quantity of Commemorative Ticket required: XX pcs” on Remarks.

iv.	If official receipt is required, fill in “Receipt Name” and “Address”

v.	Select whether you are willing to receive promotional and marketing materials or updates from the Chest.

vi.	Confirm donation details and click “Confirm & Submit”.

vii.	Select payment method.

viii.	Enter Credit Card details.

ix.	After the donation is successfully paid, you will receive a confirmation email with all provided information.

x.	A notice will be sent to you by email about collection of Commemorative Ticket on or before 29 June 2021.
