Please forward the transaction record(s), ATM/JETCO transfer slip(s), crossed cheque or original bank-in-slips with the sponsor form (if applicable) to the Chest Office or through event coordinator (only applicable to team member from Team Category) on or before Friday, 11 March 2022. Please keep photocopies of all forms and bank-in-slips for verification purpose.
Remarks:
- Official receipts will be issued to donors who contribute HK$100 or above.
- Donation receipts will be sent to the participant/team for distribution to sponsors who donate HK$100 or above.
