The Community Chest Virtual Walk for Millions

本機構將參加2022年1月9日至1月23日舉行之公益金線上百萬行。
YES, our organisation will participate in The Community Chest Virtual Walk for Millions to be held between 9 January and 23 January 2022.

團體捐款額為港幣$30,000或以上，每隊可獲最多100個參加隊員名額。 By donating HK$30,000 or above, each team will be entitled to have a maximum of 100 team members.

如捐款額為港幣$30,000以下，參加者可於活動網站報名參與 ‶個人組別″。 If the donation amount is less than HK$30,000, participants can register as ‟Individual Category” through the event website.

	注意事項 Notes: -
	-	公益金收妥回條後，將於四個工作天内發出確定電郵及提供活動資料給活動聯絡人，以便各隊員自行開立個別帳戶事宜。 After receiving the reply form, the Chest will send a confirmation email and provide event information to the event coordinator within four working days in order for team members to open accounts on our designated event platform.
	-	隊員提供予公益金的個人資料只用作是次活動之收取密碼及下載證書。 All personal information received from the team member will only be used to receive a password and download certificate for this event.

本機構未能參加是次籌款活動，但願意捐款以作響應。
Our organisation is unable to participate in the above event, but we would like to make a donation to support.
