How to Organise a Walk Team

ENROL Pre-registration is required for all walk teams. Enrollment is on first-come first-serve basis, please complete the reply form and return to the Chest as early as possible.

CONFIRM The Chest office will contact the team co-ordinator for collection of promotional materials and sponsor forms. You may download the sponsor form from our Website Each walker must have a valid Walk Pass for attending this Walk. Please confirm with the Chest office the final number of walkers on or before 10 September 2009 for distribution of Walk Pass.

RAISE FUNDS The Community Chest encourages walkers to solicit sponsorship from their colleagues, friends and relatives.

COLLECT DONATIONS Collect donations from your sponsors after completion of the Walk .

PROCESS DONATIONS Send in donation with a crossed cheque made payable to "The Community Chest of Hong Kong";or deposit your donation into the Chest's bank account at HSBC, Hang Seng Bank or Bank of China (Hong Kong). Forward the original bank-in slip and the sponsor forms to the Chest office through your team co-ordinator.

OFFICIAL RECEIPTS Official receipts will be issued to donors who donate HK$100 or more.
