- Delivery charge (HK$200) is charged for each location and no prior notification will be made before delivery.
- Wing Wah Food Manufactory Limited and The Community Chest are not responsible for any postal errors.
- The Chest will notify customers who choose to pick up the mooncake vouchers at the Chest Office when the vouchers are made for collection.
- A purchase receipt (non-tax-deductible) will be issued for any purchases of charity mooncakes. Donation receipts will only be issued for straight donations.
