Launched in phases, The Community Chest Medical Assistance Fund (MAF) aims to respond to a huge demand for medical needs to targeted beneficiaries who are not eligible to receive assistance from the existing public and private medical assistance schemes. Also, it will bring about improvements to the quality of life of these patients, lessen their financial burdens of medical care and help shorten the long waiting time facing them when seeking medical services.
