This enchanting cross-cultural production weaves together diverse dance forms to tell the poignant tale of two souls—a Chinese girl in Shanghai and a French boy in Paris—destined to be connected, yet forever parallel.

We follow their journeys from childhood dreams to adult lives; hers shaped by ballet and Chinese dance, his by the athleticism and energy of the Parisian stage. Though they excel in separate worlds, their spirits connect in a sublime, dreamlike pas de deux—a moment where art transcends reality, even as their lives are destined for a near-miss.

Featuring an extraordinary international cast of contemporary and ballet dancers, dazzling acrobats from Xi'an, China, mesmerising Russian performers, and opera singers, this visually stunning production is a testament to the universal language of dance and the invisible threads of fate, proving that love's most beautiful story is sometimes never spoken, but forever felt.
