Community Education Programme is organised for volunteers of the existing corporate volunteers and the Centre’s team. Through programmes, volunteers are equipped with knowledge, skills and opportunities to serve and to work with the visually handicapped. The aim is to enhance public understanding on the needs of the visually handicapped, thus enhancing the latters’ integration into the community.
