Project Detail

Bradbury Parents Resource Centre offers a variety of services to provide emotional support and practical advice to parents and relatives of people with disabilities on how to raise their disabled dependants and to develop the potential.  The existing groups include: Down’s Dancing Group, Down’s Cantonese Opera Group, Volunteer Groups of the 84th Kowloon Scout Group, and Volunteer Pioneer Group.  The objective of the groups is to promote the spirit of mutual support and self-help among parents and the care-givers.  It is believed that through various group activities, all members will be able to gather their strengths collectively to face the challenges arising from the care of their family members with disabilities.
