Cheung Ching Lutheran Centre for the Disabled - Services for the Hearing Impaired

The Centre provides services and facilities for social, recreational and educational programmes. These means will enable the hearing impaired to make meaningful use of their leisure time; will develop their potential and positive personal values; will enhance family and other personal relationships and will encourage their active participation in community life. With a view to helping disabled members integrate with the able-bodied, leadership training and volunteer services are also essential elements of centre programmes. Volunteer groups consisting of hearing impaired persons and the able-bodied are formed to serve the community.
