Haven of Hope Bradbury King Lam Community Health Development Project

The inter-disciplinary team, comprising of social workers, nurses and dietitian, provides tailored services to promote holistic health of residents at the levels of individuals / families, settings and the community. Services include centre-based / outreaching interest, health and tutorial classes, health screening and vaccine services, therapeutic groups / programmes and employment support service. Over the years, agencies / organisations in the district have been networked to make the district become a Healthy and Safe City.
