Project Detail
“Farmily” offers individualised, strengths-based supports for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from school to work through farm-related internship experience and life skills trainings. Family members of ASD students, mentors and employers from the local community will be connected closely under the scheme. Care-takers will be supported by counselling services to improve emotional wellness while cross-sector partnership among employers and mentors will be promoted to embrace a ASD-friendly workplace and social participation.
