Project Hyacinth - Passage to Empowerment: A Journey for Resources Navigation and Mental Health Enhancement of Young Mothers

The project aims to assist young mothers in enhancing their internal and external resources, supporting parent-child growth and building a support network, and to help them balance their identities as teenagers and mothers. Through casework, group follow-ups, outreach services and resource navigation, the project supports the mental health of young mothers. The project also promotes community understanding of young mothers’ needs, connects them to necessary services, fosters a more diverse and inclusive social atmosphere, and facilitates the sustainable development of the young mothers.
