The project integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with exercise-based interventions, supported by professionals, to holistically address caregivers’ chronic pain through physical, psychological, social and spiritual support. It cultivates positive emotional resilience, sustainable exercise habits and pain self-management skills, empowering caregivers to “Joy in Pain”, thereby improving the quality of life for both caregivers and the elderly.
