Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)-Based Parent-Child Mental Health Enhancement Programme

Centring on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), this project provides interactive coaching, training groups, and workshops for families with children aged 6-12.  By integrating professional manuals, educational videos, and interactive board games, the programme empowers diverse communities - including ethnic minorities - to enhance emotional resilience and communication skills.  Utilising evidence-based assessments, the initiative fosters stronger parent-child bonds and establishes a proactive, long-term preventive mechanism for mental wellness, ensuring children thrive in a nurturing and inclusive growth ecosystem throughout Hong Kong.
