StepWise+ : Smart Responses for Real Work Scenarios of HFA

To provide people with high-functioning autism (HFA) with an immersive, scenario-based training App that enhances their ability to navigate complex workplace social interactions.  The mobile training App is featured by flexible, on-demand, gamified video modules tailored to real-life work settings.  These features serve as cognitive aids for people with HFA by supporting the recall of appropriate responses during workplace challenges and reinforcing soft communication skills.

People with HFA will serve as co-creators of the training App.  They will collaborate with the service team to develop training content based on their lived experiences, ensuring that the work-related social scenarios are realistic, relatable, and truly reflect the challenges they face in the workplace.
