Elderly Community Promotion for Healthy Spine and Posture

The project addresses spinal degeneration in the elderly, a key factor in functional mobility and quality of life.  It provides health seminars and workshops to instill spinal health and ergonomic habits, followed by on-site clinical spinal and postural assessments for early detection of misalignment.  By integrating preventive education with professional screenings, the project aims to mitigate chronic pain and fall risks so as to empower seniors with physical independence and dignity necessary for healthy ageing within a supportive community.
