Project for Care and Love between People with Intellectual Disabilities and their Families

The programme aims to support caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities through a year-round series of family-oriented activities.  These include family meetings, workshops, recreational programmes and ceremonies designed to respond to caregivers’ practical needs.  By strengthening family support functions and providing opportunities for experience sharing among caregivers, the programme helps relieve caregiving stress and enhance coping capacity.  It also fosters mutual understanding and peer support, enabling caregivers to build a caring and supportive network where families can walk together, share challenges and encouragement, and face caregiving responsibilities with greater confidence and resilience.
