Project Detail

"Project 3S 2.0" aims to close the service gap for frontline care workers in non-subsidised elderly residential care homes (RCHEs) by enhancing their physical and emotional wellness.  The initiative incorporates stretching exercises into daily routines to promote physical activity and camaraderie among colleagues.  It empowers workers by involving them as ambassadors in the Frontline Care Worker Concern Group, fostering belonging and confidence.  Mutual support groups facilitate emotional exchange, building a strong community.  Additionally, the project aims to raise public awareness of the essential contributions of frontline care workers in Hong Kong.
