Project Detail

This project addresses the comorbidity of cognitive impairment and sarcopenia.  A multidisciplinary team will provide exercise, nutrition, and home safety interventions for older adults with mild-to-moderate cognitive impairment and high risk of sarcopenia, aiming to reduce sarcopenia risk, delay functional decline, and improve quality of life.  The project also includes caregiver training and community education to raise public awareness of sarcopenia.
