The Community Chest has collaborated with Tencent Charity Foundation (Tencent Foundation) for three consecutive years to encourage the public to do good deeds through the Giving for Good campaign, and raise more funds to support those in need.

From 1 to 10 September 2024, Tencent Foundation will provide a 1:1 monetary match for donations made to the Chest’s general donation and Rainbow Fund through WeChat app. All raised funds, without deduction of administrative expenses, will be allocated in full to support diverse and pertinent social welfare services provided by over 160 member agencies of the Chest for those in need in Hong Kong.

Tencent Foundation has always strived to connect and support the community with technology. The Chest would like to express its sincere gratitude to Tencent Foundation for its generosity and support.
