The Community Chest is partnering with Tencent Charity Foundation (Tencent Foundation) in the “Giving for Good” campaign, bringing positive impacts to society and encouraging the public to do good deeds to help people in need.
From 1 to 10 September 2025, the public can make donations to support the Community Chest Rainbow Fund, Medical Assistance Fund and general donation through the WeChat app. Tencent Foundation will make addition donations if the donation raised or the total likes on relevant posts across Chest’s social media platforms meet a designated target respectively.
All funds raised, without deduction of administrative expenses, will be allocated to member agencies supported by the Chest to provide an array of social welfare services for those in need.
Tencent Foundation is dedicated to connect and support the community through technology. The Chest expresses its gratitude to Tencent Foundation for its generosity and support.
