Project Detail
The scheme serves young prison inmates and ex-offenders, who are on remand in prison, or on discharge. The objective is to provide these youth offenders (under the age of 21) with individual counselling, halfway house service and tailor-made life plans. These young offenders might not relapse as a result of intensive follow up services and their whole families would enjoy quality of life by improved family relationships.
