Project Detail
To realise the Government policy trend of ageing in place, this project provides workshops on health education and basic body checks / nursing consultations to the elderly living in the Tai Po community. Besides, there will be a series of skill training workshops, including measuring blood pressure for the carers, supporting their elderly relatives living in the community.
