The two social and recreational centres provide hearing impaired persons with opportunities to participate in and to organise a variety of activities to meet their social, recreational and developmental needs aiming to create an integrative and harmonious society. Services provided include social, recreational and sporting activities, interest classes, mass / special activities, social & developmental groups, volunteers’ training and community education programmes etc.
