Project Detail
The Team, comprising of volunteers, provides outreaching care visits to the street sleepers in Kowloon West. Through befriending, caring, counselling and referrals, the utmost purpose is to help them get better accommodation, to achieve rehabilitation and to restart a normal life. Adopting the holistic care approach the street sleepers are encouraged to become volunteers and to contribute themselves to society.
