Family Mental Health Service

Family Mental Health Service (FMHS) aims at serving the growing needs of neurotic clients in the community, which is consisted of several components, including Unified Protocol - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (UP-CBT) groups and group-based Mental Health Enhancement Programme (MHEP).

The UP-CBT groups have been clinically tested as effective in reducing psychiatric symptoms of members by developing their positive thinking pattern and better emotional status.  Members’ social skills and problem-solving capability will be also enhanced.  Graduates can join the MHEP to strengthen their stress management so as to sustain better mental well-being.  They can also register as volunteers to serve needy people in the community.
