Project Detail
The LOHAS Land（Phase II）is an extension for the phase one project, which aims to create a cheerful community and promote a lifestyle of health and sustainability at the individual, family and community level. It continues to provide social service to all 176 individual families and 18 co-living families and youths in Trackside Villas with programmes specially designed for children with special educational needs. The youth tenants can serve as a "LOHAS Ambassador" through the concept of "work exchange" or "volunteer exchange" to provide the services to the community.
