With a focus on stay-at-home mothers as an untapped talent pool, TalentxChange aims to hatch new chances, choices, and changes in the local job market through co-creation with businesses and mothers. The three core pillars of the project are: (1) Opportunity Co-Creation, (2) Sparkling Mums Fellowship, and (3) Active Advocacy, to rethink women returnship as well as to reshape sustainable shared values on talent development with corporate employers.
